Kent Pharmeceuticals
British and Irish generic pharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals contract manufacturing business. Kent was a carve-out from a FTSE 100 conglomerate, DCC plc. Kent was a small part of the conglomerate and had been neglected. The buyout was led by the incumbent CEO who had a clear strategy to grow the business through a pipeline of new products and return the manufacturing facility to profitability.
