Patrick is an Asset Manager at Barwon, focused on strategic asset management, investment analysis, occupancy strategy and project management services across Barwon’s healthcare property funds.
Prior to joining Barwon, Patrick was an Associate Director within Deloitte’s national real estate advisory team. Patrick specialised in representing and advising large public and private sector clients to deliver strategic real estate assignments, corporate real estate strategies and major infrastructure projects nationally.
Patrick holds a Master of Property Development degree from the University of Technology, and is a Licenced Real Estate Agent (LREA) in New South Wales.
