Barwon Property Finance is pleased to announce that it has secured a new mezzanine debt transaction in Port Melbourne, Victoria. The Barwon investment will provide capital for a large residential townhouse development, assisting with the construction of 122 three-bedroom townhouses that will be built over four stages. Supporting the quality and demand for the project, over 85% of the residences have been pre-sold in this highly sought-after area.
