Fund Overview
The Barwon Arrow Fund is a closed-ended access fund providing wholesale investors with ongoing and simplified exposure to a range of high returning property finance investments made by Barwon across senior debt, subordinated debt, and preference equity structures.
Investment Strategy
The Barwon Arrow Fund provides investors with a diversified portfolio of investments by way of Investments into individual Sub Funds managed by Barwon.
These Investments are closed-ended and typically comprise a provision of funding to a property owner or developer that meet the Fund’s investment criteria.
The Fund return will be a product of the actual Sub Fund Investments which typically targets an IRR of between 12% and 15%, net of fees and costs.
