Fund Overview
The Barwon Arrow Fund Series (BAF) provides investors with a diversified portfolio of high returning Australian direct real estate investments made by Barwon across subordinated debt and preference equity structures.
BAF opens periodically as and when Barwon launches a new series. Each BAF series comprises a closed-end fund with a 12-month investment period, forecast term of three-years and a current target IRR of between 13% an 16%, net of fees and costs.

Peter is a Partner of Barwon and is Co-Head of Property. Since joining Barwon in 2007, he has been instrumental in establishing and managing Barwon’s healthcare property and real estate credit investment activities, which have grown to over $2.5 billion in AUM since inception. Peter specialises in executing transactions, developing new funds and managing Barwon’s back office. He has over 30 years’ experience in funds management, investment banking and as a barrister and solicitor.

Jonathon Pullin

Jonathon is the Head of Real Estate Credit at Barwon. Jonathon works in partnership with developers and banks to provide dynamic and tailored capital solutions suited to the project. Jonathon is also responsible for the strategic direction and management of the property finance team.
Jonathon has been actively involved in property development finance since 2012. In that time, Jonathon has worked with a variety of developers, advisors and capital arrangers. In 2015, as the head of east coast operations for a multi-family investment house, Jonathon successfully led the company’s expansion into the New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland markets. Jonathon began his career in Perth working in funds management and corporate advisory for listed and private mining and resources companies.
Jonathon is an active and committed advocate of the property finance sector and has held committee positions with both the Property Council of Australia and the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Andrew is an Investment Manager within the Real Estate Credit team at Barwon. Andrew is responsible for the origination, structuring, execution, and management of property finance transactions.
Andrew has worked on a diverse range of transactions across Australia. Prior to joining Barwon, Andrew worked with Jonathon Pullin at a multi-family investment house with a focus on property.
Prior to this, Andrew worked at Macquarie Bank in their Banking and Financial Services division.
Andrew graduated with a Masters of International Economics and Finance from the University of Queensland.

Taylah Hasell

Taylah is an Investment Analyst supporting Barwon’s Real Estate Credit Team with a focus on investment analysis, due diligence, Fund reporting and market research.
Prior to joining Barwon in 2021, Taylah worked as a valuer for National Australia Bank, primarily focusing on the residential sector. Prior to National Australia Bank, she worked for a New Zealand property development group where her role included due diligence on investment opportunities, facilitating transactions, and overseeing project deliverables.
Taylah holds a Masters in Property and Development from the University of New South Wales as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Business (Global Business and Strategy) from Bond University.

Tony Tran

Tony is an Investment Analyst in Barwon’s Real Estate Credit Team focusing on conducting investment analysis and due diligence for investments across all of the real estate credit funds as well as fund reporting, management and research.
Prior to joining Barwon, Tony was an Associate Manager and delegated lending authority within Macquarie’s banking and financial services’ credit division. Tony specialised in residential property lending and his exposure led to him overseeing the onboarding and development of over 30 analysts and credit managers within Macquarie’s credit team. Prior to this, Tony held a sales role at mortgage broking firm Lendi.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney (Major in Economics and Minor in Econometrics).

Angus is an Investment Analyst in the Real Estate Credit team at Barwon. In this role, Angus is responsible for analysing potential property finance investments, monitoring existing investments, and preparing investor materials.
Prior to joining Barwon, Angus was an analyst in the Global Corporate & Investment Banking Credit team at Bank of America in Sydney. Angus specialised in the financial analysis and modelling of leveraged finance transactions, and the monitoring of existing corporate clients. Previously, Angus has also held credit analyst roles with MUFG Bank and Macquarie Bank.
Angus holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) majoring in Finance and Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.

Brett leads the wholesale distribution team at Barwon and works closely with wholesale wealth groups, family offices and HNW investors across Barwon’s suite of alternative investment solutions, namely Real Estate Credit, Healthcare Property and Private Equity.
Brett has been in the financial services industry for over 18 years, gaining valuable experience through various roles in funds management, wealth management, venture capital and banking in Australia and the UK. Brett holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Cert IV in Financial Services.

Kate is a Partner of Barwon and an investment manager within the Private Equity team. Her responsibilities include listed private equity research, business development and client relations.
Prior to joining Barwon in 2009, Kate was the co-founder of a US online accommodation booking start-up and in 1995 established a New York based marketing/communications company whose clients included a number of Australian companies with US operations.
Prior to her work in the USA, Kate had seven years of experience as an equities analyst for Prudential Bache Securities (Melbourne and New York) and ANZ Investment Bank (Melbourne).

Johnny works closely with wholesale wealth groups, asset consultants and family offices across Barwon’s suite of alternative investment solutions, namely Real Estate Credit, Healthcare Property and Private Equity.
Johnny has been in the financial services industry for over 9 years, gaining valuable experience through various roles in funds management in Australia. Johnny holds a Masters in Applied Finance (Investment Analysis) and a Bachelor of Economics (Economics & Management) and is RG146 accredited. Johnny is looking to commence the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) accreditation in 2026.
