BDAF is the first scaled, diversified and open ended Specialist Disability Accommodation fund to be rated by SQM, being a Top 5 SQM rated unlisted property fund based on past 3-year performance, and one of the only SDA funds to have received an independent rating in Australia from a respected rating agency.

This independent assessment reflects the quality and standard of the Fund, with strong recognition for the capabilities of the Investment Management Team (Joss Engebretsen (BEng, BCom, MAppFin) & Zachary Wu), Portfolio Construction and Investment Strategy supported by the governance and track history of Barwon across its products.
