Barwon Healthcare Property Fund acquires new asset in Clayton, VIC

November 18, 2021 / Healthcare Property

Barwon is pleased to announce that in November 2021, the Barwon Healthcare Property Fund (BHPF) acquired three medical consulting strata suites within the Monash Specialist Centre in Clayton, Victoria for a purchase price of $5.3m. The suites are fully tenanted by I-Med Radiology and are co-located in the same building as Sir John Monash Private Hospital, Melbourne Haematology and Dorevitch Pathology. The asset is also situated adjacent to the Melbourne Children’s Hospital precinct.

The acquisition represents an attractive entry for BHPF into an established health precinct in Victoria. The Barwon Healthcare property team is confident this acquisition will be a strong addition to BHPF’s portfolio and continue to drive the Fund’s strong performance.
