Barwon Property Finance continues to provide first mortgage facilities for land acquisitions

Barwon continues to provide private debt funding across Australia, recently providing first mortgages for two site acquisitions in Bracken Ridge and Morayfield, Queensland.

Both borrowers are progressing with development applications to subdivide the land with plans for construction. Once the development applications are approved, investors monies are returned with interest before the borrowers proceed with their next phase in the development.

Investors are able to access this and similar investments through the Barwon First Mortgage Fund (BFMF) or Barwon’s individual funds.
