Barwon Investment Partners has been investing in listed private debt funds since 2007 as part of its Global Listed Private Equity strategy and has managed a dedicated Fund investing in listed private debt, the Barwon Global High Income Fund, since February 2014. The listed private debt funds in which Barwon invests make senior secured, hold-to-maturity loans to middle market businesses and provide loans backed by stable commercial properties.
