Barwon is pleased to advise that it has made an investment secured by a second-ranking mortgage over a large development site in Brisbane’s established suburb of Yeronga. Barwon’s investment will extend through the construction of the third and fourth stages of a five-stage ‘EnviroDevelopment’ project comprising 58 residential apartments.

Barwon seeks to be at the forefront in clean energy management and development of healthcare real estate assets within Australia. Pleasingly, this new development is strongly aligned with our ESG policy. Once completed, the developer will have constructed 121 apartments and 11 townhouses within the development that meet 5 key sustainability criteria of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).
