Fund Overview

The individual investment funds invest in first ranking mortgage secured debt investments, typically with a peak principal loan amount equal to or less than 65% of the valuation of the underlying security. Individual fund returns range from 8% to 10%, net of fees and expenses.

Investment Strategy

Each Fund invests in a specific Barwon originated and managed opportunity. The range and regular frequency of investing in each Fund allows the investor to create their own tailored portfolio of senior debt investments.
