Joss is a Portfolio Manager focused on the Barwon Disability Accommodation Fund (BDAF) which is focused on acquiring, funding and operating well-located, accessible and desirable Specialist Disability Accommodation for Participants funded under the NDIS. Joss is responsible for the growth and performance of the fund including property acquisitions, asset management, fund raising and investor relations in relation to BDAF. Joss has over 10 years of experience in real-estate design, development, transactions and asset management across alternative real-estate sectors including short-stay accommodation (tourism and workforce), retirement living and communications infrastructure.
Joss has a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University as well as a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Sydney.
