Brendan is a Portfolio Manager – Transactions at Barwon focusing on acquisitions, disposals and other special transactions across both the Barwon Healthcare Property Fund and the Barwon Institutional Healthcare Property Fund.
Brendan has over ten and a half years’ of experience in finance spanning funds management, corporate finance and restructuring. During his career in funds management Brendan’s primary focus has been healthcare real estate, including commercial and financial management, modelling and treasury and financing functions. Prior to working in funds management Brendan worked in chartered accounting firms where his focus was transactions and distressed situations.
Brendan has a bachelor of business from Queensland University of Technology, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
