Josh is an Investment Manager supporting Barwon’s property team with a focus on investment analysis, due diligence and valuations. Prior to joining Barwon, Josh worked for Colliers International as a commercial property valuer specialising in the healthcare and retirement living property sectors.
Josh has further experience in the wider property industry, having worked as a Quantity Surveyor for New Zealand’s largest construction company. Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Otago (New Zealand), Bachelor of Construction (Construction Economics), from the Unitec Institute of Technology (New Zealand) and a Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation from the University of Melbourne. Josh is a Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute and a RICS Chartered Surveyor.
