Roger has provided compliance consulting services to Barwon and been a member of the Barwon’s Risk & Compliance Committee since September 2009. Roger is principal of Business Operations and Compliance Solutions (BOCS) which has been operating for over 17 years. BOCS specialises in providing financial services compliance solutions to investment managers, credit managers and high net worth advisers. He has over 30 years investment research, funds management, financial planning, business operations and legal and compliance experience. Prior to BOCS he set-up a funds management business and was director of operations.
