Barwon is pleased to advise that it has made a debt investment to a leading Perth-based developer secured by a large mixed-use development. The development is currently underway and will comprise of 157 residential apartments, 4,470sqm of commercial area and 419 car bays. The Property is located on the site of the former Shenton Park
